You will receive a mixture of 1 pound of ground meat, 6 chops (one pound total) and a 2 1/2 pound roast or leg of lamb. The roast and leg of lamb are our favorite meat to share with family for holidays. It is amazing cooked low and slow. The meat comes vacuum sealed. Price includes Kansas Sales Tax.
